Introductory Workshop
3-day residential workshop at 1440 Multiversity in the California redwoods.
Living Wisdom · California
For leaders exploring how they treat themselves, what they are afraid of losing, and what their leadership is ultimately for.
Executives, founders, board members and family office leaders gather to explore research into the #1 challenge facing more than 5,000 leaders worldwide. Over three days, the conversation moves through the questions most leaders rarely make time for.

1440 Multiversity
The road leaves the highway and climbs into the Santa Cruz Mountains, then turns into 75 acres of old-growth redwood. Time in the Redwood Cathedral, conversations with faculty and wisdom keepers, and meals from the gardens invite a different pace.
